What whit all this? i never heard about this mod, nor do i like to have hq textures if i can't see the difference in two pixels in the horizon, but i can certainly imagine that you are talking about HD textures which are way to heavy for the game if the. people think that the mod actually works if they manage to run it on their PCs, many and i mean many texture mods tends to end in a complete 'fail' with all it letters in 'capital' and red color, of course the most successful mods persevere and survive to all this and see the light as wonderful projects like the snow mod for GTA3 and SA (VC? too?).
